Coming From The East
As you drive into Spearfish, you will see Elkhorn Ridge Golf Resort. Miller Creek Pub and Patio are open to the public and offers a great view of the driving range and surrounding Black Hills. Take a seat and grab a drink after a long day of golf.
Wanting to try out a golf simulator and have some drinks with your friends? Check out The Clubhouse of Spearfish. This sports bar and indoor golf course offers a fun environment for friends to get together and play some fun games with great food and drinks.
As you enter Spearfish you will have Lucky’s 13 Pub connected to the Holiday Inn, off of exit 14, and the Lookout Lounge at the Best Western Black Hills Lodge on your right, off of exit 12. Lucky’s 13 offers “The Lucky’s Rack” with a wide selection of whiskey, bourbon, scotch and more. The Lookout Lounge is a cozy spot that serves locally crafted beer and fine wines.
Out on the Spearfish Canyon Golf Club course all day and in need of refreshments you’re your family? The Spearfish Canyon Golf Club Restaurant has a wide selection of cool beverages that are perfect after a long day of golf.
Maybe instead of golfing, you’ve been hiking along the trails in the Spearfish Canyon. Well, you’re in luck for in The Latchstring Restaurant, you will find the 1909 bar. The 1909 bar offers specialty cocktails and drinks that are perfect to go along with the gorgeous view of the canyon.
Heading Through Downtown
As you make your way toward Downtown Spearfish, make a stop at the Spearfish Creek Wine Bar. Beer, wine and tapas served on a rotating menu as you enjoy their outdoor patio and backyard. A great environment for friends after a long work week.
Farther on Main Street, hidden under Nonna’s Kitchen, you’ll find The Tucked Tie. Handcrafted cocktails and a cool city-like atmosphere, it’s the place to be when you are seeking a night out.
Another fun atmosphere in Spearfish can be found at Spearfish Public House. With over 25 beers on tap as well as specialized cocktails, you and your friends can enjoy the cozy backyard seating area which plays host to various musicians and artists.
In the mood for a wine tasting with friends? Anutñez Wine Bar has a rotating section of wines that are all hand selected. There’s even a Food & Wine Shop that has plenty of choices for you to purchase and take home.
Done shopping and wanting to grab a good drink and some food? All along Downtown Main Street you’ll find a wide selection of great places. Try out Spearfish Brewing with its handcrafted beers. False Bottom Bar, the Back Porch, and B&B Lounge are local favorites for friends to hang out. As well as RedWater Kitchen and The Stadium, which both have a wide variety of mixed cocktails and delicious comfort foods on the menu.

Heading North

Looking to have a night of pizza and beers? Head over to Sawyer Brewing Co. Their family-owned brewery offers a wide selection of ale, stout, lagers and more. Paired with one of their wood-fired pizzas, this brewery might just become a monthly hangout spot with your friends.
From Sawyer’s, you head on to Highway 14 to find Crow Peak Brewing Co. A wide selection of hand-crafted beer and now the proud owner of Pit-14 Barbecue’s first franchise location, stop in for some good drinks and live entertainment.
