‘Tis the season already? Indeed, it is, and Santa Claus is on his way to Spearfish! He will be running around to various businesses in town so make sure you catch him at the right time!
The Venue, which is formerly known as Level One Wine Bar, will be putting on the Day of Giving Holiday Party. This event will be on December on 3rd, in honor of South Dakota Day of Giving. Join the Venue for some cookies, drinks and a picture with Santa Claus.
Zonta’s Festival of Trees will be held at the Trethaway Pavilion for anyone to come and view the unique trees made. The auction will start at 5:30 and tickets to the auction will be available at the door. While strolling through the trees, keep an eye out for Santa. He will be at the festival taking part in this Spearfish Tradition. You will be able to catch the trees and Santa on December 7 from 9 a.m. to noon. Don’t Miss out!
On December 5, Santa will be at Crow Peak Brewing helping the Humane society with their fundraiser, Paw Prints in Snow, from 4-8 pm. They will have food, raffles, auctions and of course a special visit from Saint Nic himself.
On the morning of December 7, head over to Lucky 13’s Pub as they host Santa Claus and a delicious breakfast for all families and friends.
December 7-8, the Canyon Express will be underway all day. This is Spearfish’s unique take on the Polar Express. This holiday excursion will take those with tickets through the Spearfish Canyon for the chance to meet Santa at the Spearfish Canyon Lodge. Find your tickets HERE!
The Matthew’s Opera House will be offering children’s craft activities from 1-4 p.m. and you guessed it, Santa will be there to help! Stop by on December 7th, make some memorable ornaments all while meeting Santa Claus.
Santa will also be stopping by Heisler’s Hardware located on the corner of Hudson and Main Street. Make sure the kids bring their wish list and enjoy the Holidazzle Parade to follow!
