Pine Island Gravel Odyssey

The Pine Island Gravel Odyssey is a three-race ride/tour of the Black Hills. It consists mostly gravel roads, but will also include a bit of pavement while riders roll over open prairies. The course takes riders through canyons, flowing creeks, and trails provide a perfect opportunity to explore the deep forests, all while climbing toward views of the Black Hills. Registration is November 1, 2024 - June 4th 2025.

This race will take place at Spearfish City Park on June 14th!

Below are a list of events leading up to the big race:

• June 12 at 6 pm: Join the Ridge Riders at Spearfish City Park for 10-mile group ride to Crow Peak Brewery for a social!
• June 13:
  • 2 pm to 6 pm: Regristation and pick-up packet at Spearfish Pavillion.
  • 6 pm to 9 pm: Block party on Main Street in Spearfish! Join the party for food, drinks and live music. 
• June 14: RACE DAY at Spearfish City Park!
  • 100 mile race starts at 6:30 am
  • 65 mile race starts at 6:45 am 
  • 45 mile race starts at 7 am
• June 14: 
  • After party at Spearfish City Park! There will be brews from Crow Peak Brewery, food and live music!
  • Evening after party at Killian's! Enjoy great food and drinks with a live musical performance.
