Young Center at the Black Hills State University Campus on February 15th, 1 PM to 5 PM, and join the Phoenix Rising Education Program for Prep Fest 2025! This kids carnival event has plenty of carnival activities to keep the fun going! Don't miss out on this fun-filled afternoon!
