Volkssport Association will sponsor a walk on Saturday, September 24, at Old Baldy Trailhead. Register from 8a.m. - 11a.m. Finish by 2p.m. Walk fees: $3.00 per walker. 5K/10K routes to follow on Old Baldy Trail Loop. Meanders through stands of aspen, birch and ponderosa pine. Spectacular views from summit of Old Baldy Mountain. Travel 1-90 west of Rapid City to Exit 8 (Mcguigan Road). Go south on Forest Road (Tinton Road) for thirteen miles to trailhead.
