Here’s a small taste of what's in store when you visit Spearfish this summer:

Sasquatch Baseball

The Spearfish Sasquatch begins another season on May 24, taking on the Hub City Hot Shots is the season’s home opener. Playing 32 home games, The Sasquatch also has FOUR firework nights, ready for a spectacular show that is sure to spark joy in the hearts of children (and the children at heart) – be sure to mark your calendars: May 24, July 3, July 4, and August 1.

Keep an eye out for that quirky Sasquatch and be sure to give Samson a great big hug!

Downtown Friday Nights

The Friday-night block party returns to Downtown Spearfish for another season packed with live music, delicious food, tasty beverages, and kids’ activities. The event runs for 13 weeks throughout the summer and kicks off on June 7 with musical performance by 35th & Taylor.

Gold Rush Gravel Grinder

Bikes, Bikes, and more bikes. The people (and visitors) of Spearfish love to bike. Which is why we’re home to two of the summer’s best Race/Ride/Tours in the country! Starting on June 8, the Gold Rush Gravel Grinder races start in Spearfish before taking participants through a tour of the beautiful Black Hills with three different races ranging from 70 miles, to 210 miles!

There's plenty more! Spearfish is full of events all summer long, so take a gander at our online calendar of events and check back frequently as events are added daily.
