Join SDPB and Bike Spearfish on March 5th, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM for a Bike Vessel Screening! This film tells the journey of a father and son, whom bike together from St. Louis to Chicago, changing not only their health but the world of Black health.
Before the film, join in on a pre-movie snack-making session! Whether you're gearing up for your next bike ride, or just need a tasty bite to take on the go, they'll show you how to create delicious, portable snacks that will keep you fueled for all your adventures!
