Summer Stage: Boeing Boeing

When: Sunday, June 16 2019 | 2:30PM | This event has passed

The BHSU Summer Stage aims to provide student actors and technicians with real life experience, and to provide the community with great shows at great prices. The company is located on the Black Hills State University campus. The company produces 3 main stage shows every summer!

Boeing Boeing is the second performance of Summer Stage’s 2019 season. Bernard is a Parisian bachelor living the best of three worlds. In other words, he’s entertaining the emotions and time of three women simultaneously. This seems to be working out well for him as Gloria works as an American air hostess, Gabriella as an Italian air hostess, and Gretchen as a German air hostess. In Bernard’s mind, their careers will ensure that the women will never cross paths. His time tables and underappreciated housekeeper Berthe keep things running smoothly. That is until a terrible snow storm hits the North Atlantic and alters his time tables. Now Bernard is relying on the “help” of his friend Robert and luck to save his derriere. What will happen when the women realize he’s been playing them all? Is this an impossible feat? Come laugh and enjoy the misfortune of others with us at the Black Box theatre in Woodburn. Please contact Gabriella Hertz at 605-642-6171 or Bert Juhrend at bert.juhrend@bhsu.edu for tickets or more information regarding the performances.

This comedy is by Marc Camoletti located in the Woodburn Black Box Theatre on the Black Hills State University campus. If you park in the Faculty Parking, BHSU Summer Stage will have a cart that will bring you to the theatre.
